Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam has so many verdant public parks. It is always jam-packed with tourists and locals especially at night. In Lam Son Square ( in front of Rex Hotel) has an impressive statue of Ho Chi Minh cradling a child in his arms. A number of tourists can be found snapping pictures while hoards of locals are unwinding and vendors selling postcards and trinkets. It is certainly one of their favorite hobbies and pastimes.

Another is the City Cultural Park near the grand Cathedral Notre Dame and the Reunification Palace. The ground area is covered by green trees and flower plants, which create an airy and shady setting.

There is also a park conveniently situated in front of Ben Thanh Market.
