CHOCOLAT: DEEP DARK CHOCOLATE CAKES

SHARE THIS ARTICLE:

I'll admit that I have an affinity for chocolates. Call me biased if you wish, but I love the dark chocolate cakes of Chocolat. The cakes are soft, chocolatey moist and what I like most some of their cakes are quite subtle and not too overpowering. Just the right amount of sweetness, but full of rich chocolate goodness.

We tried to take-out the Classic cake (P160.00 per loaf), super moist chocolate cake generously draped with satin fudge frosting. My fave.

Death by Tablea (P49.11 per slice). You can taste the tablea flavor the dark chocolate cake has.

Bailey's Classic chocolate cake (PP180.00 per loaf) soaked in Bailey's Irishm cream liqueur, topped with chocolate curls. Yummy, my fave.

Kahlua Chocolate cake (P180.00 per loaf) laced with Kahlua liqueur, topped with chocolate mini kisses. The cake was ok but the frosting on top was a little too sweet.

Tiramisu cake (P55.00 / slice), layers of cream cheese filling & home-made lady fingers soaked in coffee and rhum. Same with Kahlua, the cream cheese filling is sweet.

Irish Cream Cake (P180.00 / slice), moist chocolate cake with coffee and brandy, topped with California walnuts.

"Don't wreck a sublime chocolate
experience by feeling guilty.

Chocolate isn't like premarital sex.

It will not make you pregnant.
And it always feels good."

(as stated below on their official receipt)
