The Sto. Nino Church is a Roman Catholic parish of the City of Tacloban under the Archdiocese of Palo, located in the heart of Real and Zamora Streets. It is the home of the Miraculous Image of Sto. Nino, patron of Leyte.

The church has a great number of Catholic devotees in the city and nearby towns. It holds masses everyday both in Waray (local dialect) and English. The exterior of the church are brightly painted with warm orange and white color. Most of the altar-pieces of the church are of gold ornaments which creates a lively and celebratory atmosphere.
