HB received a call from his friend last Saturday - an invitation to attend the launching of the Cory Aquino Tribute wristwatches at Ayala Museum. He was told to wear yellow but decided to wear the black cotton collared shirt with yellow Philippine map on the chest that looks like this.

According to HB, the event last Sunday (January 24) was attended by many guests, a few famous personalities and celebrities.

Some of HB's friends were planning to buy, but the watches were sold like hotcakes since Swatch Philippines brought only 150 sets to the launch.

The Cory Aquino Swatch was designed by former Ayala Corporation CEO, my uncle (hahaha... dream on girl!) Don Jaime Zobel de Ayala. For those interested you still have a chance to own one of these 801 limited edition sets. Try your luck calling at any Swatch store.
