Then we explored the Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan that displays marine life in several habitats comprising 27 tanks in 16 main exhibits. We particularly enjoyed the Antartica, Aleutian Islands, Monterey Bay and Interactive Exhibits Falkland Island with the cute Rockhopper penguins.
And all too soon it was time for us to leave. We headed to the Kaiyukan west wharf located just beside the Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan to take a trip on a high-speed ferry boat named Capt. Line to Universal City Port.
It was a comfortable ride since there were only few passengers, and we enjoyed taking in the sights and sound of the city from a completely different vista. The price to cross is Y600 each way. Ferries leave every 15 minutes and take about 10 minutes to arrive. Shortly, we got off the boat and walked a few minutes to Osaka Universal Studios.
Till next time,
