Visiting Caleruega is always a relaxing respite from the hot and bustling city of Manila. It was just so wonderful to surround ourselves once again with a well-kept garden, perfectly manicured outdoor space, lovely big trees, and gorgeous tropical flowers. It's a hidden gem seemingly in the middle of nowhere, and a popular place for wedding ceremonies, spiritual retreats, and recollections. The admission ticket is Php30. You can read my previous article on Caleruega HERE.
Caleruega was named after the birthplace of St. Dominic de Guzman, father of the Order of Preachers. Caleruega Philippines founded in 1995, is a Retreat Center administered by Fathers and Brothers of the Dominican Province of the Philippines.
