Fisher's may not boast air-conditioned interiors, but the gentle breeze complemented by the whirring ceiling fans offered a welcome respite from the tropical heat.

The menu was a delightful showcase of Filipino cuisine, each dish a testament to the rich culinary heritage of the Philippines. The flavors were bold and authentic, reminiscent of a lovingly prepared home-cooked meal.
