In search of something new for lunch, we headed to Haidilao Hot Pot at SM Mall of Asia. Renowned for its exceptional customer service and unique dining experience, Haidilao certainly lived up to its reputation.

We could mix and match different sauces and condiments to create our own unique flavors, adding an extra layer of customization to our hot pot experience.

I stumbled upon a delightful corner brimming with candies and accessories. A sign read “Candy shared by birthday celebrant,” which led me to believe it was exclusively for birthday celebrants. However, a kind staff member noticed my curiosity and informed me that I could help myself to some of the candies. The fan and mug accessories, on the other hand, were available for purchase.

What truly sets Haidilao apart are its complimentary services. Diners can choose between a free manicure or a relaxing hand massage. We opted for the manicure, and it was a delightful surprise to receive such pampering during our meal. These little extras make Haidilao a standout dining experience.

Overall, our first visit to Haidilao Hot Pot was a feast for the senses. From the interactive cooking experience to the entertaining noodle performance and the extra pampering services, it was a lunch to remember.
